Certifications acquired through home inspector training from InterNACHI

​Vladimir started his career in 1980 by earning his associates degree in Industrial and Civil engineering from the College of Technology, in Belarus, and by working as a project manager for Bobruisk Building Corporation overseeing new construction of industrial and residential buildings. In 1998, he earned his Michigan State Builders Lisence and worked on various new construction projects for one of the leading home builders in Michigan. In 2000, he completed his home inspector certifications and co-founded Approved Home Inspections Inc. with his partner Dimitry in 2002. Clients can safely rely on Vladimir's knowledge in building science and over 35 years of experience in the field to provide the kind of information that helps them make informed purchases, renovation or repair planning decisions.

Dimitry Zelidman

Dimitry earned his Michigan State Builders License in 1998 and worked on numerous projects in both Oakland and Macomb County developing land and building homes from the ground up. His attention to detail was put to use managing every aspect of the building process and ensuring his projects were built to code and specifica​tions. His careful attention to detail is what made home inspection a perfect fit for Dimitry. In 2000, he completed his home inspector certification and co-founded Approved Home Inspections Inc. with his partner Vladimir in 2002. Dimitry is a Board-Certified Master Inspector and a Certified Profesional Inspector with the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors (InterNACHI) and the International Association of Certified Indoor Air Consultants (IAC2). Dimitry is consistently continuing his education in building science by earning national certifications in different inspection and construction fields. He has a reputation with clients and their agents for being extremely thorough and accurate in his evaluations.
